Party Rentals in Ajax, Durham Region and the GTA

What we rent for parties
- Tents: 10’x10′ and 10’x20′ pop-up tents for smaller gatherings, and solid white or clear-top frame tents from 20’x10′ up for bigger parties.
- Tables: 48″ and 60″ round tables, 4′, 6′ and 8′ rectangular tables, 4’x8′ harvest tables, 30″x6′ serpentine tables, and cruiser tables for standing guests.
- Chairs and lounge seating: white folding and fanback chairs, black Deluxe and white Barcelona 3-seater sofas, leather armchairs, and gold-frame glass-top coffee tables for a lounge area.
- Bars: 6′ LED round bars, 6′ white portable folding bars, a 6′ Lucite white bar back, and gold Cartier and clear Chiavari bar stools.
- Kids’ parties: kids Chiavari chairs in pink, blue, gold and clear, and kids folding tables.
- The fun extras: light-up marquee letters and numbers, LED cruiser tables, a 360 video booth, cold spark machines and low ground fog.
- Comfort: 45,000 BTU patio heaters for cool evenings, industrial fans for hot days, and globe and Edison string lights.
Pick up or have it delivered
- Customer pickup: collect your order on Friday between 10 am and 4 pm and return it Monday between 10 am and 4 pm. You pay a single day’s rate for the whole weekend. 60″ round tables need a cargo van, pickup truck or box truck. Our 8′ wood tables fit in an SUV or minivan only if it’s empty, so for pickup we recommend our 8′ folding plastic tables.
- Delivery: we deliver Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 6 pm, the day before your party, and pick up the day after. For Saturday parties, pickup is usually on Monday. Need a specific time? Special time delivery is quoted based on the timing you need and the items we’re setting up. We deliver and pick up at the times you request, any day of the week.
- Pop-up tents: we’ll deliver, install and take them down for you, or you can pick them up and set them up yourself. Frame tents are always installed by our crew.
How big a tent do you need?
Plan about 10 sq ft per seated guest and 6 sq ft per standing guest. A 20’x20′ tent seats 40 guests at tables, and a 20’x30′ seats 60. That’s the largest size you can put up without a city permit.

Add the items you’d like to your cart and check out to send us a quote request. Checkout doesn’t confirm your order; we reply with a quote and how to reserve your items. Final counts are locked in 14 days before your party.
