Based on our planning rules: 10 sq ft per seated guest, 6 sq ft per guest dancing (about a third of guests dance at once), and about 100 sq ft per bar and per buffet table. It's a starting point; we'll confirm with a free floor plan. Tent prices include installation and takedown; delivery is priced in your quote.
How we work out the size
- Seating: 10 sq ft for each guest at a table
- Dance floor: 6 sq ft for each guest dancing, usually about a third of your guests at once
- Bars and buffets: about 100 sq ft each
- Stage or head table: add its size
