- Large frame and pole tents for food areas, beer gardens and main seating
- Stages with skirts and steps for bands and speakers

- Heaters for fall and winter markets
Good to know for organizers
- Permits: tents over 646 sq ft (60 m²) need a building permit, and most towns have festival permit rules. We supply the engineered drawings and safety certificates your application needs. We can also get the permit for you.
- Hard surfaces: on parking lots, streets and paved park areas, we anchor tents with cement weights instead of stakes.
- Book early: summer weekends fill up, especially for large tents. Book 2 to 3 months ahead for June to September events.
- Charities, schools, vendors, event planners and corporate events get a 10% discount.
- Setup timing: we usually install the day before. Need early-morning or specific timing? Special time delivery is quoted based on the timing you need and the items we’re setting up.
