Planning a Christmas party, corporate holiday event, Diwali or New Year’s celebration, or a team party this winter? We rent fully enclosed, heated frame tents with walls, heaters, flooring and lighting, installed by our crew and delivered across Ontario from our Ajax showroom.

1. The tent

Frame tents have no centre poles and go up on grass, interlock, asphalt or a driveway. Installation and takedown are included in the tent price.

Prices are for solid tops. Clear tops are also available. See our tent price guide.

2. Walls to keep the heat in

Majestic walls: our most popular. Window panels keep the view, and each wall zips open in the middle and ties back like a curtain.
French window walls: $55 per 7’x40′ wall.
Solid white walls: $45 per 7’x40′ wall, for full privacy.

3. Heat for any size tent

Stand-up patio heater (45,000 BTU): $125. Warms about a 10-foot circle. It has an open flame, so it’s for patios, entrances and open areas outside the tent, not inside it.
Forced-air propane heater (85,000 BTU): $155. For mid-size and large tents.
Diesel heater (390,000 BTU): $805. For large tents and true winter cold. It sits outside the tent and ducts the heat in, with a full tank for up to 14 hours.
Propane tanks: 20 lb $35 · 30 lb $55 · 40 lb $95.

4. Off the cold ground

Plastic flooring at $1.45 per sq ft, plywood flooring at $2.50 per sq ft, and parquet dance floors from $110.

5. Light it up

It’s dark by 5 pm in December. Edison string lights ($76), globe string lights ($55) and crystal chandeliers ($135) turn a white tent into a warm, glowing room.

Good to know

No delivery minimum from September to May.
We deliver and install the day before and pick up after your event. Need a specific time? Ask about special time delivery.
Tents over 646 sq ft (60 m²) need a building permit. We can get it for you. See tent permits.
December dates book up fast, so reserve early.
