Downtown and midtown Toronto events come with their own challenges: narrow lots, laneway access, condo elevators and tight parking. JH Party and Tent Rentals delivers from our Ajax showroom and plans around all of it, with pop-up and frame tents, tables, chairs, linens and lighting. Our crew installs and takes down every tent.
What Toronto customers rent most
- Pop-up and compact frame tents for city backyards
- Tables, chairs and linens for condo party rooms and rooftops
- Cocktail tables, bars and lounge furniture for receptions
- String lights and light-up marquee letters

Good to know
- Tents over 646 sq ft (60 m²) need a building permit, so a 20’x30′ or smaller doesn’t. We supply the engineered drawings and safety certificates. We can also get the permit for you.
- On grass, no weights are needed. On a driveway, patio or interlock, we anchor tents with cement weights.
- Delivering to a condo or office above the ground floor? Elevator service is charged by floor and item count, and it’s listed on your quote.
- If your event is in a City of Toronto park, check with the City about a park permit before you book.
- Tell us about laneway access, street parking or narrow gates when you book.
