- Run time: 2-3 mins with A/c or fans on, 5-6 mins with no airflow
- Airflow matters: Turn off A/C and ceiling fans for best effect
- Technician on site for safe operation

Delivery is not included in the base price. The delivery fee covers setup, take-down, and one hour of on-site technician support, with the technician arriving 30 minutes prior to the scheduled run time. If the event extends more than 30 minutes beyond the scheduled run time, an additional $65 technician fee will apply.
