Our Frame style tents are the most popular and versatile, used for any and every event. From elegant events such as weddings, ideal for both the ceremony and reception, to casual birthday parties, anniversaries, construction sites, religious events, festivals or banquet and corporate dinners and events. With no central poles to obstruct one’s way, the Frame tents can be easily set up on any surfaces, including grass, asphalt, interlock, deck, etc. Tent rentals are extremely popular in Toronto and the GTA as they can provide a unique outdoor space and venue all year round. During the Summer, our high-quality tent tops can protect against the sun and provide a cool shade for guests. While during the Winter season, the tent tops can protect against harsh weather elements such as wind, rain, and snow, while keeping the guests underneath warm and cozy.
The Frame tent sizes that JH Party Rentals provides vary in sizes. From the smallest size being 10’x20’ Frame Tent, seating up to 20 guests comfortably. Our largest Frame tent size is 20’x155’, seating over 300 guests easily. These Frame tents can be customizable, so that a client can choose to their own liking how they would prefer their tent to look at the location. Different size tents can be added side by side, creating a more unique look that fits the venue better. JH Party Rentals provides a free consultation to any client, where our manager personally goes and visits the client’s location and conducts a meeting with them. The area is measured and our experts provide advice along with the costs. Installation and take-down is always included in the price of the tent. Once the client is happy and satisfied with the consultation, we then start to prep the order and acquire the details.
One can enhance their tent with tent accessories such as side walls, lighting, temperature control, flooring or staging. There are two types of side walls which can be added to the tents, the solid white wall, and the French window wall. The side walls can be stretched to 40 ft. long, and can be customizable to the client’s preference in terms of length and sides covered. For clients looking for a more private and secluded event, we recommend the solid white wall, which can enclose the gathering and provide more privacy. For those desiring an elegant style tent with natural lighting from outside, we recommend the French window wall, this can add a unique sense of style for the occasion.
Clients can add other tent accessories such as lighting inside the tent. They are given the choice from our selection of chandeliers and globe string lights. Our Globe String Light stretches to 55 ft. long, and contains 10 light globes (lightbulbs) which can be hung inside the tent, luminating the interior. The globe string lights come in two different lighting shades, warm yellow, and bright white. Other tent accessories such as heating and cooling are seasonal, however can still be used all year round. For heating, we provide propane tank, and propane heaters. As for cooling, we carry industrial fans which provide a fresh cool breeze during the hot summer weather.
Staging and dance floors can be installed inside, or outside the tent, perfect for any wedding reception, corporate dinners or events, and any other special occasions. Our portable stage pieces are 4’x8’ in size, and can be arranged in a variety of ways. More pieces can be customized and added to increase the size of the stage. The height of the stage can also be customized, ranging from 16 inches till 24 inches in height. The price of the stage also includes installation and take-down. Our 2 step stairs can be added as an accessory to the stage, providing a more formal appeal.
